Address Fabric™ Data: A current and comprehensive list of all known addresses for a country.

Address Geocode: Returns a response from the Precisely Address Geocode Service. This object requires an additional entitlement.

Buildings: Detailed building footprints enriched with characteristics to provide insights related to structures on a property.

Coastal Risk: Returns information pertinent to shorelines and coastal areas subject to hurricanes, storm surge, flooding, and other natural disasters.

CrimeIndex: Measures the likelihood that criminal activity may occur within associated Precisely Boundaries in the US and Puerto Rico, according to 11 crime types.

Data Link for Dun & Bradstreet: Returns the DUNS® Number, a globally recognized business identifier, for precise business identification.

Data Link for GeoX Property: Returns essential property details, including footprint, height and stories, year built, occupancy, square footage, key on-site features, building count, land use, and recent image/model dates.

Data Link for GeoX Roof: Details characteristics of the roof including condition, type, materials and additional features.

Data Link for GeoX Vegetation: Calculated distance to nearby trees and bushes, as well as how concentrated they are.

Data Link for Overture: Connects PreciselyID to Overture's Global Entity Reference System (GERS) ID to create a clear linkage between Precisely and Overture Maps datasets.

Earth Risk: Provides nationwide coverage of land related risks including earthquakes, landslides, lava flows, sinkholes, and hazardous soils to help stakeholders understand risk by geography.

Flood Risk: Provides the most current flood mapping data from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

GroundView: Provides users with contextual data to help research business/retail opportunities, market to targeted industry sectors, and evaluate the impact of competition around sites or areas of interest.

Historical Weather Risk: Returns comprehensive historical records of hazardous weather data including hurricane, hail, tornado, and windstorm events.

Historical Sales: Property Historical Sales is a true representation of property sale records from 1993 to the present.

Neighborhoods: Returns detailed neighborhood data for a given location, including type, name, and hierarchy (Residential, Metro, Macro, Neighborhood, Sub-Neighborhood, and Post Code).

Parcels: Property boundaries and attribution to support property analysis and linkage to other property features.

Places: Accurate business locations and detailed information about the companies.

PlaceIQ Location Data Metrics: Understand visitor trends and patterns with daily, weekly and monthly visitor counts and cross shopping behavior.

Property Attributes: Information to gain insights about a location, providing valuable attributes about the characteristic makeup of a property.

Property Fire Risk: Returns scoring related to firefighting response based on fire station locations and drive times for a physical address.

PSYTE™ Geodemographics: Returns segmentation data to provide easy-to-understand classification of neighborhoods.

Replacement Cost: Estimated residential replacement cost for insurance and risk exposure use cases. Values are not available for commercial properties.

Schools: Returns accurate school data, including attendance zones, districts, and colleges for a given location.

Serviceability: Information about mail delivery indicators, detailed land use information, and building designations such as multi-dwelling unit, multi-tenant unit, or mixed used.

Wildfire Risk: Returns scoring using modeled data that incorporating various factors like terrain, climate, and human activities, such as the slope of the land, type of vegetation, frequency of past fires, proximity to water, wind patterns, non-burnable surfaces, and the distance to fire stations to assess wildfire hazards and risks.
