If you have the required permissions, you can reassign workflow items belonging to other users to another user in the system. This allows you to ensure that workflows can be completed when a user is not available to complete any items assigned to them.

Select the workflows that you want to reassign by clicking the check box to the left of the workflow name and click the Reassign selected button.

In the Reassign Assignments dialog, select the name of the user that you want to reassign items to.

Configure the optional settings as required:
- Send form emails: If an email notification is associated with the workflow assignments, select this option if you want to send assignment emails to the selected user.
- Clear other assignments: If there are multiple assignees on the item, select this option if you want to remove all other assignees.
