Every workflow must have a Start activity, an End activity, and at least one additional activity that occurs in between.
Start marks the entry into the workflow. End marks the successful completion of the workflow. Activities in the Activities panel are grouped into logical categories according to their function.
Choose from these activities when creating your workflow:
- Field Change: Updates the value of a field in one or more assets.
- Relationship Change: Creates, modifies, or removes relationships between assets based on predefined Relationship Types.
- Delete Asset: Deletes assets from the system when specific conditions are met.
- Get Asset: Retrieves asset information so later workflow activities can use asset details as variables. * Preview
- Create Asset: Creates a new business asset in the system based on workflow inputs and conditions. * Preview
- Run DQ Pipeline: Starts a Data Quality pipeline from a workflow. * Preview
- Make API Call: Enables workflows within Data Integrity Suite to interact with external APIs.
