Set up Snowflake as a data connection for replication pipelines in the Data Integrity Suite.

Before you configure Snowflake as a replication connection, ensure you have the following:

  • Snowflake account credentials
  • Snowflake warehouse name
  • Snowflake database name
  • User credentials (username and password or OAuth token)
  • An agent configured to access Snowflake

Snowflake is configured as a shared connection across the Data Integrity Suite to streamline processes and ensure consistency. This shared connection simplifies management, improves performance by reducing the overhead of establishing multiple connections, and ensures that all components of the Data Integrity Suite interact with Snowflake uniformly, minimizing configuration errors.

  1. In the Data Integrity Suite, navigate to Datasources.
  2. Click Add Datasource or select an existing Snowflake connection to edit.
  3. For detailed configuration instructions, refer to the Snowflake documentation.
  4. Complete the data connection configuration fields with your Snowflake account details.
  5. Click Test Connection to verify that the connection is configured correctly.
  6. Click Save to save the Snowflake replication connection.

You've successfully configured Snowflake as a connection. The connection is now available for use in replication pipelines as target across the Data Integrity Suite.
