Workspace administrators can configure the Just-in-Time SSO login functionality within the Data Integrity Suite to allow users from a specific domain to automatically login to the application without requiring a manual invite.

Workspace administrators can add domains in the workspace for which SSO login has to be enabled. For example, if the workspace administrator has added the domain test.com in the application, this would allow all the users from the domain test.com to login to the application automatically without a manual invite.

Note: You must have the Workspace Manager role to access the SSO tab.
To enable the Just-in-Time SSO login functionality:
  1. Click Configuration > Security.
  2. Navigate to the SSO tab.
  3. This page displays all the domains that have been added to allow SSO login and the groups assigned to the respective domains.
  4. Click Add Domain to get started with the process of adding a new domain to the workspace.
  5. Enter the domain name and select the default user groups to be assigned to new users who sign up to the application.
  6. Click Add.

All new users from the domain who register for the application will be able to log in automatically. They will gain access to the application and be assigned to the default user group.

Note: If the SSO login feature is enabled for a certain period and disabled later, all the existing users would still be able to login to the application. It only restricts access to any new users who signup to the application.
