- On the main navigation menu, select .
- On the Runtime Engines page, click +Add Engine to open the Add Runtime Engine dialog.
- Add the information for the Name and Description fields.
- Select an existing agent from the Agent dropdown.
- Select continuous replication from the Used for dropdown.
- It is recommended to keep the TLS encryption enabled between runtime engines.
- The default Hostname / IP address and port number are automatically populated based on the container names configured by the system.
- Enter Alternate replication IP address which will be used for a second attempt if the connection fails to the first Hostname / IP address.
- If you need to open a fixed port to get through the firewall, enter a value in the Data port number field.
- Click Test to verify the connection and check if the engine is up and running.
- Click Save and return to the Runtime Engines page.
