The My Requests tab on the Workflow page lists all workflow instances that you initiated. You can view the status and progress of these instances to monitor their workflow history. You can ask a question, report an issue or suggest modifications to an asset by clicking Make a Request.
This is a filtered view of all workflow instances, showing only those
where you are the initiator. Each row displays the instance ID, status,
workflow name, and other metadata about the workflow instance. You can
click a row to view additional information in the side panel, including
workflow step information and progress. This read-only view allows you to
monitor the status and history of workflows you have started.
The
Make a Request option is only displayed if there
are allocations configured on a Request Type and if that Request Type is
used in an active workflow. Depending on the configuration of Request Type
workflows in your system, you can find the Make a
Request option in these locations:
| Request Type allocation | Location |
|---|---|
| General: For general inquiries | Home page |
| Asset Type: For Request Types that apply to specific asset types |
|
| Asset: For request types that apply to specific assets |
