When setting up a new data source that the Data Integrity Suite needs to access over the internet, you have to update your firewall settings to allow communication. This requires allowlisting specific IP addresses to ensure seamless connectivity.
Why do you need to allowlist these IPs?
Many organizations have strict firewall rules that block unauthorized traffic. To enable secure communication between Data Integrity Suite and your internet-accessible data sources, you must allow inbound and outbound connections from the following region-specific IP addresses.
Region selection
The region-specific IP addresses you need to allowlist depend on the workspace that was selected at the time of creation. The Data Integrity Suite workspace is tied to a specific region, indicating all data access requests will originate from the IPs associated with that region. Ensure to allowlist the correct set of IPs based on your assigned region.

- These IP addresses apply only to the datasources accessible via the internet that the Data Integrity Suite connects to.
- These IPs do not apply if you are using an on-premise data source configured through an Agent.
- Ensure your network and security teams apply these rules before attempting to connect to Data Integrity Suite.
- If you're unsure which workspace region your environment is hosted in, check your account settings or contact support.
