Advanced connectivity bundle will enable you to catalog enhanced metadata collection and lineage within the Data Integrity Suite.

Additional Parameters:

When the Advanced Connectivity Bundle is enabled for any datasource, configure the following parameters:

  • Log Level: Choose the detail level of log information, ranging from basic error messages to detailed debugging data.
  • Debug Parameters: Specifies debug settings to assist troubleshooting if issues arise.
    Note: When harvesting metadata from large data sources, you may need to increase the catalog job’s memory limit. Set the catalogJobMemoryLimit in the Debug Parameter field in the UI, with a maximum of 4 GB (use Gi for GB and Mi for MB).

Analyze connectivity

If using this datasource via Analyze, then the following three Govern properties must be set:

Field Description
Govern Host API Gateway URL for the environment, use api.cloud.precisely.com
API Key and API Secret These credentials authenticate the datasource to the Data Integrity Suite. To generate them, refer to Manage API Keys to get API keys.
Note: You must have the admin user privileges to generate the keys.

Once the connection is established, navigate to the Catalog section in the Data Integrity Suite from the main navigation menu to view the various data assets cataloged by the Advanced Connectivity Bundle.
