A workflow is a defined sequence of steps or tasks that need to be completed in a specific order. Users with the required permissions can create workflows based on your organization's governance requirements.
Workflows are triggered by events, such as when a user adds or edits an asset. The workflow produces an instance that tracks the progress through each step. Tasks are created from instances and assigned to users for action. The workflow is completed when the instance has passed through all necessary steps and any required approvals have been made.
