| Agent to access data | Select the agent from the dropdown that connects to the database. It helps securely access data from your network. |
| Host name | Specifies the host name that can be cloud Azure or on-premise server. Example: sqlserver.company.comkk |
| Azure Environment | Mention the port number to access the database server. The default value is GlobalCloud. Example: GlobalCloud |
