Precisely Data Integrity Suite provides developer portals and API hostnames for several different regions. Your organization needs to configure the corporate firewall correctly to enable secure and reliable integration with the Data Integrity Suite's APIs.
The region you use to address API requests depends on the region in which a workspace was created. This ensures that all API communication are routed through the appropriate regional endpoints for smooth data exchange and compliance.
To find the region hosted by your subscription, sign into your Data Integrity Suite workspace, go to , and on the Subscription tab find the Hosted region. You can also click the region name on the navigation panel to find the region for any available workspace.

Combine the hostname for your region with an API endpoint in the URL that an HTTP method uses to address Data Integrity Suite resources.

Configure firewall Allowlist for secure API access
Many organizations implement strict firewall policies to protect their infrastructure from unauthorized traffic. If this is true for your organization, your security team must configure your firewall to allow requests to and from IP addresses associated with the API hostname for your region. This involves allowlisting IP addresses to permit secure inbound and outbound connections. Allowlisting the IP addresses will allow you to securely integrate your applications with the Data Integrity Suite APIs. The IP addresses you need to allowlist depend on the region addressed by your servers.
Support for AWS PrivateLink
You can use AWS PrivateLink endpoints to access Precisely APIs. AWS PrivateLink is a service that allows you to securely access resources and services from networks without exposing your traffic to the public Internet.
