This section explains how to manage key vaults. You can view configuration details and active connections for a key vault, edit its settings, or remove when no longer required.

View details for a key vault

  1. In the main navigation menu, select Configuration>Key Vault. The list of all configured key vaults is displayed.

  2. Click the ellipsis next to the required key vault and select Details.
  3. A side panel opens:
    1. Under the Details tab, you can view the key vault configuration parameters.
    2. Under the Connection tab, you can view the list of active connections that use the selected key vault for secure access.

Edit a key vault

  1. In the main navigation menu, select Configuration>Key Vault. The list of all configured key vaults is displayed.

  2. Click the ellipsis next to the required key vault and select Edit.
  3. Update the required configuration fields.
  4. Optional: Select Test to validate the changes.
  5. Select Save Changes to apply the updates.

Remove a key vault

  1. In the main navigation menu, select Configuration>Key Vault. The list of all configured key vaults is displayed.

  2. Click the ellipsis next to the required key vault and select Remove.
  3. A confirmation dialog appears. Select Delete to confirm the removal, or Cancel to discard the action.
Note:
  • A key vault cannot be removed if it is currently in use by any data sources.
  • Removing a key vault does not delete the data sources, but their connections will stop working until reconfigured with valid credentials
