The Usage page displays real-time consumption metrics across your workspace services. View custom time ranges, monitor Data Enrichment quotas, track module-level pricing and tokens, and refresh metrics at any time.
Note: You must have the Workspace Manager role to access the Usage page.
Go to to view consumption metrics over time for each service. Here, you can view consumption data for the last hour, last 24 hours, last 30 days, or monthly.
What's changed: In the new user experience, the Account menu appears as the menu labeled with your account name. For more information on the new experience, see About the new user experience.
For select workspaces, the workspace owner receives an email alert when API usage reaches 70% of the workspace entitlement during a billing cycle. The alert includes the usage metric, measurement period, authorized usage, usage consumed, and remaining usage. You cannot configure the threshold.

Monitor Data Enrichment quotas
The
Data Enrichment
page on the Usage page shows quotas and usage details. The
Quotas
page shows your account subscription limits and lets admins monitor usage.

To view Data Enrichment quotas:

In the
Data Enrichment
page, select
Quotas
to view the following:
- Group or Name: The module name and associated measures.
- Percentage of usage: The percentage of tokens consumed.
- Usage by credits: Token usage expressed in credit units.
- Select a module name to expand the list and view all associated measures.
- The table row totals show cumulative tokens used and remaining quota for each module.
- Select Refresh to update the current view.
Analyze Data Replication consumption
The Data Integration consumption monitor tracks data volume in bytes for all replicated and applied data across your continuous and mainframe replication projects.

- View total consumption: In the Data Integration page, the Consumption Volume metric shows total bytes replicated or applied across your workspace.
- Analyze by time period: Select Details to view consumption breakdowns for the last hour, last 24 hours, last 30 days, monthly, or entire billing period. Use these time ranges to identify usage trends and peak transfer times.

Compare by project (continuous replication only):
- Go to asset.
- Open the asset details page to view the Transfer Volume (bytes transferred) and Transfer Unit (measurement unit) for the project.

Generate advanced reports in Tableau:
- Open the Tableau reporting interface from your workspace and go to the data integration consumption report.
- Use filters to analyze consumption by workspace, project, pipeline, or connection.
- Filter further by database, schema, table, alias, operation type (add, update, or delete), replication type (continuous or mainframe), or measurement unit (bytes or records).
- Review the detailed breakdowns to identify consumption patterns and optimize your data transfer approach.
Review your data integration metrics to identify usage patterns, high-volume projects, and resource needs.
Track data quality consumption
Go to
to view data volume processed by Data Quality Assessment and Data Quality Pipelines. The page shows your consumption, allowance, and historical trends for capacity planning.
The two metrics:

| Data Quality Pipelines | Records processed through pipeline transformations. |
Reading each metric:
- Current Consumption: Data volume during the current billing period (GB or TB).
- Allowance: Your subscription limit, based on your plan tier, custom agreements, or add-ons.
- Percentage Used: Visual progress bar showing consumption against your allowance.
Use charts to understand trends:
Charts show daily or weekly consumption patterns. Identify peak periods, forecast growth, spot unexpected spikes, and plan upgrades.
Note: If consumption approaches or exceeds your allowance, contact Precisely Support to upgrade or purchase additional capacity.
Optimize consumption:
- Monitor weekly to track trends and peak usage.
- Review rule and pipeline configurations to process only necessary data.
- Plan ahead: contact support if you anticipate increased volumes.
