This topic describes the enhancements and modifications included in the May 2026 releases of Data Integrity Suite.

Catalog Support for basic and advanced profiling

The Profile Datasets feature enables flexible data analysis with two profiling options. Basic profiling provides a streamlined, fast assessment capturing essential metrics including sample row count, base type, null and blank counts, and statistical measures for numerical and textual data. Advanced profiling performs deeper analysis with additional compute-intensive metrics such as outlier analysis, semantic type detection, frequency analysis, numerical analysis, and percentile calculations. Use basic profiling when you need quick insights with minimal resource usage, and advanced profiling when you require comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies.

Catalog Create a new semantic type from profile data

You can build custom semantic types from profiling data without manual regex entry, reducing errors and accelerating semantic type lifecycle management. Pre-populated fields and optional regex validation streamline the creation workflow and custom types receive higher detection priority in future profiling runs.

Catalog Enhanced navigation of lineage diagrams with card interactions

You can now interact with lineage cards using hover, single-click, double-click, and right-click actions to explore asset details, drill down into specific assets, and access card-level operations. Hover to see location information, click to open the information panel, double-click to drill down into asset structure, and right-click to access context menu options and more.

Catalog Enhanced permission control for asset deletion

Workspace managers can now grant users edit capabilities without giving them delete access by separating the Delete permission from Manage for assets. This release introduces a new standalone Delete permission, strengthening least-privilege access control by decoupling it from the existing Manage permission. While Manage previously included create, update, and delete actions, it now supports only create and update, and delete operations require explicit Delete permission. As a result, users with only Manage can no longer delete assets, delete options are no longer visible in the interface, and any delete attempts without the required permission are blocked with a 403 error.

Configuration Precisely-hosted MCP server for Data Integrity Suite

The Precisely MCP Server lets AI agents securely access Precisely Data Integrity Suite capabilities through natural-language conversations without requiring custom integrations. This protocol connects AI clients (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or IDE-based agents) to the Data Integrity Suite APIs, enabling users to discover capabilities, perform actions, and receive results without leaving their AI agent. To get started, generate an API Key from your Data Integrity Suite workspace and configure your preferred AI platform. This approach eliminates API coding, reduces workflow complexity, and makes new capabilities dynamically available through secure authentication.

Configuration Support for MS Dynamics 365

Added support for MS Dynamics 365 datasource, enabling seamless data cataloging and lineage, data quality and data observability services. Also, enhanced security with key vault integration for credential management, along with advanced logging and debugging capabilities to support efficient troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Configuration GKE cluster access configuration

You can now configure access to Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) clusters using the Google Cloud CLI (gcloud) and kubectl commands. The setup process guides you through authentication, project configuration, cluster credential retrieval,and connectivity verification.

Support for SAP Business Suite 4 HANA (S/4HANA)

Added support for SAP Business Suite 4 HANA (S/4HANA) datasource, enabling seamless data cataloging and lineage. Also, enhanced security with key vault integration for credential management, along with advanced logging and debugging capabilities to support efficient troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Configuration Simplified security policy creation

The security policies creation workflow has been simplified to make policy creation and editing faster and more flexible. You can now create a policy without adding a description, assign roles, users, and groups through a clearer workflow, and target assets using all assets or by defining conditions. The condition builder now updates dynamically based on your previous selections, which helps you define conditions more precisely. You can also add multiple condition groups within one policy, so you can target different asset sets without creating separate policies.

Governance Governance scoring based on asset relationships and predicates

Governance rules now support relationship and predicate conditions in addition to metadata field evaluation. When you create a rule, you select whether to evaluate metadata fields, relationship types, or predicate conditions. The governance service automatically recalculates scores whenever relationships are created, modified, or deleted, ensuring your governance dashboard reflects the current state of your data assets.

Governance Governance scoring based on ownership

You can now create governance rules that evaluate whether specific roles such as Data Owner, Data Steward, or Data Custodian are assigned to assets, helping you enforce accountability across your data landscape. Rules contribute to governance scores and flag assets with missing role assignments for remediation. Ownership rules integrate with governance scoring to identify gaps and drive remediation, enabling teams to maintain consistent accountability coverage across their data landscape.

Quality Match records

The Match Records step finds and groups records that refer to the same entity using customizable match rules and scoring methods. This step is important for data quality processes like removing duplicates, linking records, and consolidating data.

Workflow Conditional Split activity

The Conditional Split activity is a new, more discoverable way to add conditional routing to your workflows. While conditional transitions were already available, this dedicated activity makes the feature easier to find and use, especially for new users. The Conditional Split activity clearly shows where logic exists in your workflow, improving readability and making complex workflows easier to understand and maintain. Route tasks to the right teams or steps based on specific criteria, all without manual intervention.

Workflow Workflow instance history and monitoring

Monitor all workflow instances in a new Instances tab that displays status, progress, and history in real time. View instance ID, status, workflow name, who initiated the workflow, and when it started. Filter instances to find what you need quickly. The Assignments tab is now called My Assignments and shows only the tasks assigned to you that need action. The Requests tab is now called My Requests and displays all workflows you initiated.
