This section provides the key vault configuration used for AWS Athena in Data Integrity Suite.

Field Description
Key vault setup Specifies the method used to retrieve the AWS Secret Access Key securely from a key vault instead of entering it manually.

Secret key source: Indicates that the Secret Access Key will be retrieved from a preconfigured key vault at runtime.

  1. Key vault: Select the preconfigured key vault from the dropdown. The key vault securely stores your AWS credentials and allows Data Integrity Suite to retrieve them without exposing them in plain text. For configuration steps, refer to key vault setup.
  2. Secret key path: Specifies the path or identifier within the selected key vault where the Secret Access Key is stored. Example: secret/aws/athena/secret-access-key (HashiCorp Vault).

Add key vault: Use this option to configure and register a new key vault if one is not already available in the list. For configuration steps, refer to key vault setup.
