A workspace in Data Integrity Suite is a centralized environment designed for users to manage and monitor data integrity processes efficiently.

Workspace provides access to various tools for data validation, cleansing, and profiling, facilitating collaboration among team members where administrators can configure role-based access. A workspace includes monitoring features that track data quality metrics and issue alerts for anomalies. It supports auditing capabilities that log changes and actions taken on data, helping organizations meet compliance requirements as well as maintaining high-quality data to ensure integrity within an organization.

In Data Integrity Suite, you can view the current workspace name below Account on the main navigation menu. The workspace switcher will open and display two sections: Current Workspace and Available Workspaces.

  • The Current Workspace section shows users which workspace they are in and allows them to rename the workspace if they have Workspace Administrator permissions. All users will see the Current Workspace section.
  • Users with two or more workspaces will also see the Available Workspaces section. Users with two or more workspaces will be able to set a Default workspace in the Current Workspace section.
Note: You must have Workspace Administrator privileges to invite authorized users to a workspace or to rename a workspace. When you log into Data Integrity Suite, your workspace is tied to one subscription. Each workspace is in a different subscription.
