A workspace is your centralized hub for managing data integrity processes, collaborating with team members, and monitoring data quality metrics. Each workspace gives you access to data validation, cleansing, and profiling tools. Administrators configure role-based access, and all workspaces include monitoring features that track data quality metrics, alert you to anomalies, and log changes for compliance auditing.

You'll start in your default workspace each time you sign in.
  1. Open the workspace switcher.
    • The Current Workspace section shows your current workspace. If you have Workspace Manager permissions, you can rename it here.
    • If you have access to two or more workspaces, you'll also see the Available Workspaces section.
  2. To set a default workspace, select the workspace from the Available Workspaces list.
  3. Click Make Default to set this workspace as your default.
The workspace is tagged Default in your Available Workspaces list. To undo this change, click Undo.
Note: If Make Default is disabled, you're already in your default workspace or you have access to only that workspace.
  4. To rename a workspace, open the workspace switcher and select the workspace from the Available Workspaces list.
  5. Click Rename and enter a new name.
  6. Click Save to apply the change or Cancel to discard it.

To switch between workspaces, open the workspace switcher and select a workspace from the Available Workspaces list.

Note: You need Invite User privileges to invite new users to a workspace. Each workspace is tied to a separate subscription.
