After you sign in, you can switch or rename workspaces, update profile information, set language and appearance preferences, and configure workspace session timeout based on your role permissions.

Note: Users with Workspace Manager role can edit and update their workspace settings, own profile attributes and those of other users. Users without these permissions can view but not edit or update profile attributes.
The following table outlines the permissions you need to manage workspace-level settings, subscription details, usage information, and related account capabilities.
Feature Permissions Actions

  • View subscription and usage details
  • Generate and manage API Keys
  • View instructions to download the supported data products
  1. Sign in to the Data Integrity Suite. You start in your default workspace after sign-in.
  2. Open the workspace switcher.

    • If you have access to two or more workspaces, the Available Workspaces section appears.

The Profile tab in the Account tab is where you can view and update your personal information, account settings, and personalization preferences.

    • Dark Mode: Dark background for reduced brightness.
    • Match System: Automatically matches your device's system settings.

Your selection applies across the entire application.

  5. To sign out, go to Account > Profile, then click Sign Out.
You have successfully edited your profile settings. Your profile information is updated, and your personalization preferences are applied across the Data Integrity Suite.

Configure workspace session timeout

Use the Workspace Settings tab to configure session timeout for all users in the current workspace.
  1. Click Configuration > Security > Workspace Settings. Alternatively, you can access Workspace Settings from the workspace switcher.
  2. Select a timeout duration from the list.

The default timeout is 15 minutes. The maximum timeout is 8 hours.
