The pipeline engine settings panel expands when you choose to create or edit a pipeline engine.
You can create or edit a pipeline engine on the Pipeline Engine tab of the Configuration page. After you create a pipeline engine, you specify to use it when you configure settings for a run configuration. You can also create a pipeline engine at the same time that you create a run configuration for a pipeline.
