Catalog allows you to view and manage all your cataloged datasources.
View datasource details
- Navigate to .
- In both card and list views, you can view the datasource type, the number of datasets, and the associated fields, along with the scores for each datasource.
- Click on a datasource name in either view to access its detail page, where the Details tab will provide general information.
- Scroll down to view additional system fields such as Created At, Updated By, and so on.
- In card view, clicking on a card opens a side panel that displays the asset's details, with the active card highlighted by a purple border.
- Additionally, clicking on a row in the primary side panel opens a secondary side panel that presents the asset's details, while the selected row in the table is also highlighted in purple.
- In list view, clicking on a row similarly opens a side panel that shows the asset's details.
- In both card and list views, clicking on the asset name link will redirect you to the asset details page.
Filter datasources
You can filter cataloged datasources displayed in Data Integrity Suite to find specific results more easily.
Available filter operators are: Is, Is not, Is populated, Is not populated.
To filter cataloged datasources:
- Navigate to .
- Click on Filter button in the search bar to enable the filter.
- Once you click, the filter types will appear: Datasource type.
- Click the filter type and a drop-down will appear with the available filter operators: Is, Is not, Is populated, Is not populated.
- Select the filter operator that you want to apply to the filter type.
- Select the checkbox next to each resource you want to filter assets for.
- Click Apply and only assets with a matching filter type will be shown.
To edit an existing filter:
- Navigate to .
- Click the Filter button to reopen the pop-up.
- Modify the operator, search term, or values as required.
- Click Apply to save changes.
To remove a specific filter:
- Navigate to .
- Click the Filter button to reopen the pop-up.
- Click Reset filter at the top-right corner of the asset list to remove all filters at once.
