A quality score is a metric that evaluates the overall quality and reliability of a dataset by considering factors such as accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity, uniqueness, and relevance. Quality scores are calculated for each associated rule upon their successful execution, allowing you to view the scores for the respective fields linked to that rule.
To view the scores associated with the rule:
- Navigate to .
- Click the specific rule name and navigate to the Rule Scores
tab. The tab displays the following details.
- Field or Dataset: Displays the name of the field or dataset associated with the rule.
- Score: Displays the score generated for each of the associated field or dataset post rule evaluation.
- Total records: Displays the count of the total number of records that were considered for rule evaluation.
- Evaluated: Displays the count of total number of fields that were evaluated and considered during rule evaluation.
- Passed: Displays a count of the total number of records that were successfully evaluated. These represent the assets that satisfied the conditions set during rule evaluation.
- Failed: Displays a count of the total number of records that failed during rule evaluation. These represent those assets that did not satisfy the conditions set during rule evaluation.
- Last evaluated: Displays the timestamp when the rule was last evaluated
- Clicking on the specific asset opens the rules page and displays the rules based on which the scores are generated.
Tip: The details of rule execution and the associated
scores can also be viewed in the Run Status tab. Click the respective rule name and
navigate to the Run Status tab to view the details.
Note: The number of records considered for rule evaluation is not
displayed for the Default Validity Check Rule.
